CONTROLLED OFF-SEASON ACCOMMODATION

GM Services organises temporary accommodation during winter and other off-season periods.

We assess suitable properties, support responsible providers, and coordinate contract-ready placement for independent older people through a documented, evidence-led process.

WHO MAY APPLY

Applications may be made by owners, operators, property managers and duly authorised representatives of accommodation premises with available winter or off-season capacity.

This includes, where suitable for assessment, hotels, aparthotels, serviced apartments, guest houses, holiday parks, lodges, cabins, villas, houses, managed residential properties, campgrounds and other accommodation premises accepted within the platform’s controlled property taxonomy.

Each property is assessed individually. The submission of an application, or the inclusion of a property type within the platform taxonomy, does not constitute approval, certification, contractual acceptance, placement confirmation or any guarantee of commercial outcome.

Applications and accommodation enquiries may be made in respect of independent older persons who are able to manage ordinary daily living without specialist assistance.

This includes eligible persons residing in residential homes and eligible persons living independently in the community. An enquiry or application may also be submitted by a family member, legal representative, duly authorised person, municipality, institution, association or other relevant organisation acting with appropriate authority.

The service concerns accommodation only. It does not provide medical treatment, medication administration, nursing care, personal care, continuous supervision, specialist support or emergency clinical intervention.

All applications remain subject to individual assessment, availability, appropriate authority or consent where applicable, and any subsequent written agreement. An application does not create an entitlement to approval, accommodation, funding, placement or contract.

Provide accommodation information through a private, saved application. Register for the appropriate provider role or sign in to continue.
